My brother got a new truck today, so we piled in and went for a drive. There’s a big new mall just outside of Calgary, that people had been telling me about, and this was our destination.
There were certainly a few flakes of snow floating around before we left the driveway. But, whoa nelly, did things get hairy quick.
My brother decided to take the country road in the dark, in what was quickly amounting to a blizzard. He’s an excellent driver, and the truck was up to the weather, but visibility was terrible.
We made it without incident and took a turn around the place (yes, it’s a big mall). And when we came out the snow had stopped.
Of course, AB called me on the way home. He was not at all shocked that we had been out to the mall in the blizzard. Hoser.
