Making Wursties

For breakfast on Christmas morning, and usually for many mornings before and after, we eat worstebrochen. (I have no idea if that is spelt correctly – it’s supposed to be Dutch.) Wursties are ground beef and pork spiced with nutmeg, and wrapped in bread dough and then baked.

And when it comes to making wursties, there is no messing around in our family. Either make a hundred, or go home.

This year, we estimate we made about 210.
